We are re-imagining teaching and learning in every African Classroom
Why we love to work at Instill
I enjoy working at Instill because we are doing important work. We are committed to radicalizing education in Africa for generations to come. It's very big shoes to try and fill, but the goal is worth itCamagwini Dolweni
There is only one way to learn. It's through action. Working at Instill has been a continuous and evolving journey and that is what makes waking up worth it each day knowing there is teacher out there in Africa waiting to learn something new.Annie Ndlovu
To work and be around people who have found their truest passions is truly awe inspiring. Plus the different personalities are encouraged to come to the fore and embraced. The dopest, bar none, work environment.Lebogang Mohlamonyane
I am fortunate to be working in an environment conduce for growth and personal development. I started off as a consultant, then employed on a contract basis as a Teaching Associate then further promoted into Teaching Faculty. During these transitions, the Instill team was supportive and created a good environment for me to explore my full potential.Pamela
